Tricia Martin has been a licensed massage therapist since 1999, bringing over 25 years of experience to her practice. She has pursued extensive training in deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point therapy, and is also a licensed reflexologist.

For the first 22 years of her career, Tricia worked with a wide range of clients in Palm Beach County, Florida, including professional golfers, football and tennis players, musicians, and dancers with the Florida Ballet.

In 2022, Tricia relocated to Western North Carolina, where she worked for one year at Mountain Air Country Club. From 2023 to 2026, she continued her work at Boundless Body Massage and Movement.

Tricia is deeply passionate about massage therapy and believes in the powerful connection between the mind, body, and spirit. She values the role massage plays in the healing process—not only by increasing circulation and supporting the body’s natural elimination processes, but also by helping to release stuck energy, allowing clients to let go of stored emotions and restore balance.

Recently, Tricia launched her own mobile massage business, bringing her skills and compassionate approach directly to clients in the comfort of their own homes. She remains dedicated to helping others feel better, move more freely, and experience a greater sense of overall well-being.
